The main ideas of this article are to discuss the distinction among what adjustments they would take in the different background retired teachers, and to find out the factors affecting the adjustment taking, on the basis of individual accommodations we had in the recent researches. Then, we’ll give out some specific strategies to retired teachers for referring. Bad retirement life can make low tide in the lifespan, so that this article, we hope, to help teachers make their plans when they leave working environment. Methods we’ve used are document analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. And we deal with data with SPSS12.0 for statistics. Data are gathered from experts related, elementary and high school teachers. In short, we would like to find some concrete strategies and suggestions of retirement accommodation of teachers.
